Improvement Dist.
The Community Improvement District (CID) is a governmental subdivision, funded through a 5/8¢ sales tax in the Historic District. This small tax funds marketing, landscaping, street fixtures and holiday decorations. It sponsors events and hosts a great website to explore this Local and Federal Register Historic District. Discover her friendly merchants, unique cuisines, personal services, loft/Airbnb rentals, event & party spaces, and more!
